Orchard Muslin Square

Our own pattern, painted in watercolour. Apples and apple blossom on one fabric, although in the orchard a whole summer lies between them.

You know the moment when you are leaving the house and grab one thing at the last second? Always the same one.

It lands on your shoulder while feeding, under the head in the pram, on a park bench, on a little face after lunch. It is everywhere, because it goes with everything. Light and airy, and softer with every wash.

It does not wear out for years. It stays long enough to be passed on to the next child.

100% organic cotton, muslin. Sewn in Poland. The patterns are our own, designed only for Worth Keeping.

Machine wash at 40 degrees, without fabric softener, which takes away muslin's absorbency. No bleach. Tumble drying is allowed and even helps, because it lifts the crinkle. Iron on a medium setting, if at all. After the first wash the fabric shrinks slightly - and only then becomes truly soft.
