Terms and conditions

This is a translation provided for your convenience. The binding version of this document is the Polish one; if the two differ, the Polish text prevails. Read the Polish version

These terms and conditions set out the rules for shopping in the Worth Keeping online shop at worthkeeping.pl and the rules for using the newsletter and reviews. We write them in plain language, but they are the full and binding content of the contract between us.

1. Seller and contact

  1. 1.
The Shop is run by NUTRADE spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. 3 Maja 54A, 42-622 Świerklaniec, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy) kept by the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (Sąd Rejonowy w Gliwicach, X Wydział Gospodarczy KRS), KRS 0000846891 · NIP 6452565672 · REGON 386348698. Share capital 5 000,00 zł, paid in full.
  2. 2.
Contact: info@worthkeeping.pl, tel. +48 602 514 224 (working days, 9:00-17:00, charged as a standard call at your operator's rates). Address for correspondence and returns: ul. 3 Maja 54A, 42-622 Świerklaniec.
  3. 3.
The same e-mail address is the point of contact for authorities and users within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (DSA). You can write in Polish or in English.

2. Glossary

  1. 1.
Shop - the Worth Keeping online shop at worthkeeping.pl.
  2. 2.
Seller, we - the company identified in point 1.
  3. 3.
Customer, you - a person who uses the Shop or places an order.
  4. 4.
Consumer - a natural person buying without a direct connection to their business or professional activity.
  5. 5.
Entrepreneur with consumer rights - a natural person buying in connection with their business activity, where the content of the contract shows that the purchase is not of a professional nature for them (in particular in view of the subject of their business activity entered in CEIDG, the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity).
  6. 6.
Working day - a day from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.

3. Technical requirements and rules of use

  1. 1.
To use the Shop, all you need is a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active e-mail address. To collect a parcel from an InPost parcel locker you need a mobile phone number.
  2. 2.
The Shop does not maintain customer accounts. Browsing the Shop does not require you to provide any data, and an e-mail address is enough to place an order - you do not create an account or set a password.
  3. 3.
It is prohibited to provide unlawful content, including in reviews and forms, and to use the Shop in a way that disrupts its operation (e.g. automated downloading of content, attempts to circumvent security measures).
  4. 4.
We take care of the security of the connection (TLS encryption) and of data, but using the internet carries the usual risks - we recommend an up-to-date browser and caution when opening links in messages that only look like ours.

4. Newsletter, reviews and notifications

  1. 1.
We provide the following electronic services free of charge: the order form and the basket, the newsletter ("Close Ones"), the back-in-stock notification, adding reviews, and the return and withdrawal form.
  2. 2.
Newsletter. Signing up is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. The contract lasts until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time - using the "Unsubscribe" ("Wypisz się") link in every message or by writing to us.
  3. 3.
Back-in-stock notification. If you give your e-mail address on a sold-out product, we will send one message when the product is back on sale. The service ends when that message is sent.
  4. 4.
    Reviews.
    1. a)
A product review may be added only by a person who bought that product from us. The form opens from a signed link that we send by e-mail after the order has been delivered, and before publication we check that the product was in that order. These are therefore the steps we take to ensure that reviews come from people who bought and used the product (Article 4a of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 [ustawa o prawach konsumenta]).
    2. b)
We read every review before publication. The only reviews we do not publish are those that infringe the law or good morals, contain personal data of third parties, advertising or spam, or do not concern the product. We do not reject reviews because they are critical, and we do not commission or buy reviews.
    3. c)
By adding a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, free-of-charge licence to publish it in the Shop together with the name you gave, for as long as it is published. We will remove a review at your request.
  5. 5.
Report complaints about electronic services (e.g. a return form that does not work, or newsletter messages that do not arrive) to info@worthkeeping.pl, describing the problem. We reply within 14 days.

5. Placing an order and conclusion of the contract

  1. 1.
Information about products in the Shop, including prices, is an invitation to enter into a contract and not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny).
  2. 2.
You place an order as follows: you add products to the basket, go to checkout, give your contact and address details, choose the delivery method and the payment method, accept the terms and conditions and click the "Order and pay" ("Zamawiam i płacę") button. Until you click, you can freely change your details and the contents of the basket. Clicking means placing an order with an obligation to pay.
  3. 3.
Before placing an order you see its summary: the products, their main characteristics, the total price including taxes, the delivery cost, and the method and deadline of payment.
  4. 4.
Placing an order is your offer to conclude a sales contract. The contract is concluded at the moment we send you an e-mail confirming that the order has been accepted for fulfilment. The message contains the content of the order and is confirmation of the conclusion of the contract on a durable medium.
  5. 5.
If, exceptionally, we are unable to accept an order (e.g. a product turns out to be unavailable despite the stock shown), we will inform you without delay and refund the full payment within 3 working days at the latest.
  6. 6.
The contract is concluded in Polish. We record its content in the confirmation message and in our system, together with the version of the terms and conditions accepted with the order, the date and time of acceptance, the IP address and the browser identification - as proof of the conclusion of the contract.

6. Prices, promotions and discount codes

  1. 1.
Prices are given in Polish zloty. They are gross prices - they include VAT. They do not include the delivery cost, which we show in the basket and at checkout before the order is placed.
  2. 2.
The price shown next to the product at the time the order is placed is binding.
  3. 3.
With every price reduction, we show next to the new price the lowest price of that product in the 30 days before the reduction was introduced.
  4. 4.
We do not personalise prices on the basis of automated decision-making.
  5. 5.
Discount codes are entered in the basket. The terms of a code (amount, validity period, minimum basket value, restriction to the first order) are given together with the code. Codes cannot be combined and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless stated otherwise for the code. When part of an order is returned, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned products.
  6. 6.
Discount codes, promotions and other reductions do not apply to name signs made of letters ("Name sign"). The value of a sign does not count towards the minimum basket value a code requires, and a basket of signs alone does not get free delivery from a code.

7. Payments

  1. 1.
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. The following cashless methods are available at checkout: BLIK, payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna; the current list is shown at checkout. We do not offer payment on collection or cash on delivery.
  2. 2.
You pay when placing the order. An order for which payment does not arrive within 12 hours expires - we charge nothing, and the reservation of the products is released.
  3. 3.
We do not see or store payment card details - they go directly to the payment operator.
  4. 4.
We make refunds using the same method by which the payment was made, unless you expressly agree to another method that does not involve any costs for you.

8. Documenting sales and invoices

  1. 1.
We document sales to consumers in the sales records we keep. We do not issue fiscal cash register receipts, because mail-order sales paid for entirely by cashless means are exempt from the obligation to record sales on a cash register.
  2. 2.
We issue an invoice in your name on request: you can tick this at checkout or ask for it later by writing to info@worthkeeping.pl and giving the order number. You have 3 months to do so, counting from the end of the month in which the goods were delivered. We issue the invoice and send it by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the request.
  3. 3.
If you buy as a business, you give the company name and NIP (Polish tax identification number) in the order - the invoice will be issued to the company. A NIP cannot be added after the order has been placed if the sale has already been documented as a sale to a consumer.
  4. 4.
We issue and send invoices electronically to the e-mail address given in the order. By placing an order, you accept this form.

9. Delivery

  1. 1.
We deliver within Poland through InPost: to an InPost parcel locker (Paczkomat) or PaczkoPunkt pick-up point (14 zł) or by courier to the address you give (19 zł).
  2. 2.
We dispatch the order within 2 working days of receiving payment. The expected delivery time by the carrier is 1-2 working days from dispatch. The total delivery time does not exceed 7 working days from the conclusion of the contract.
  3. 3.
Products marked "Pre-order" are dispatched within the time stated next to the product, in the basket, in the order summary and in the order confirmation (for example "ships by 30 November") - in that case the time limit in point 9.2 does not apply. You order a pre-order separately: we do not combine it in one order with products available from stock or with a pre-order that has a different dispatch date, so that no parcel waits for another. Until dispatch you can cancel a pre-order by writing to us - we will refund the full payment. Your right to withdraw from the contract under point 10 applies regardless of this and runs from the collection of the parcel.
  4. 4.
After dispatch we send an e-mail with the tracking number. For collection from a parcel locker, the collection code is sent by the carrier by text message and e-mail.
  5. 5.
When the parcel is handed over to you, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to you. If the parcel arrived damaged, if possible draw up a damage report with the courier or take photos - this makes a complaint easier, but it is not a condition of making one.
  6. 6.
A parcel that is not collected is returned to us by the carrier. We will then contact you to arrange re-dispatch or a refund.
  7. 7.
Name signs made of letters ("Name sign") are made to order to your design and dispatched within 7 working days of receiving payment - in that case the deadline in point 9.2 does not apply, and the total delivery time does not exceed 10 working days from the conclusion of the contract. If the order also includes other products, we send them together with the sign. Mounting tape comes with the sign; the accents and dots above letters are separate pieces to stick on.

10. Right to withdraw from the contract (return within 14 days)

  1. 1.
As a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person you indicated (other than the carrier), received the goods. If the order arrived in several parcels - from the collection of the last of them. This right covers all products in the Shop, including children's products, except name signs made of letters to your design (point 10.8).
  2. 2.
You can submit the statement of withdrawal:
    1. a)
      through the "Report a return" ("Zgłoś zwrot") form available in the footer of every page of the Shop and at worthkeeping.pl/zwroty (the old address worthkeeping.pl/odstapienie leads to the same form) - all you need is the order number and the e-mail address used for the order; no account is needed and the Shop does not maintain one; you tick why you are sending items back, and the further handling of your request depends on that answer; you may withdraw from the whole contract or from selected items;
    2. b)
by e-mail to info@worthkeeping.pl or by post to the address in point 1 - in your own words or using the form whose template is Annex 2 (also available for download on the Returns page).
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the statement before it expires.
  3. 3.
We confirm receipt of a statement submitted through the function in the Shop without delay by e-mail, giving the content of the statement and the date and time it was submitted.
  4. 4.
You bear the direct costs of sending the goods back. After reporting the withdrawal you choose one of two ways in the form: you send the parcel yourself with InPost to our parcel locker KAT11M (recipient: Worth Keeping, phone and e-mail as in point 1), or you order an InPost return label from us for 12 zł gross - you pay in the form and we send the label by e-mail. You can also send the goods back another way, at your own cost, to the returns address given in Annex 1. Send the parcel without delay, no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract; it is enough to send it before that deadline expires. Orders placed before 28 October 2026 go back at our cost - we then send the return label free of charge.
  5. 5.
We refund all payments received for the returned products, and when you withdraw from the whole contract also the delivery cost paid with the order - without delay, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever happens first. We make the refund using the same payment method, without any charges on your side.
  6. 6.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In practice: you can unpack, look at, touch and try on the product just as you would in a bricks-and-mortar shop. Washing, using or removing the sewn-in labels goes beyond this and may reduce the amount refunded.
  7. 7.
Information on the right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory model is set out in Annex 1.
  8. 8.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to name signs made of letters ("Name sign") that we make to your design - the sign, the style and height of the letters, the colour, finish and glitter of each letter and the add-ons you chose (art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). This does not limit your rights if the sign does not conform to the contract (point 11).

11. Complaints - conformity of goods with the contract

  1. 1.
We are obliged to deliver goods that conform to the contract. Towards Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, we are liable for any lack of conformity of goods with the contract that exists at the time the goods are delivered and becomes apparent within two years of that time, on the terms of Chapter 5a of the Consumer Rights Act. A lack of conformity that becomes apparent within that period is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
  2. 2.
Submit a complaint by e-mail to info@worthkeeping.pl or by post. All you need is: the order number, a description of the problem, photos and information about what you expect. You do not need a paper proof of purchase or the original packaging.
  3. 3.
You may demand that the goods be repaired or replaced. We may replace the goods when you demand repair, or repair them when you demand replacement, if the method you chose is impossible or would require excessive costs. If repair and replacement are impossible or would involve excessive costs, we may refuse them. You may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract in the cases set out in Article 43e of the Consumer Rights Act, in particular where we have refused to repair or replace the goods, have not done so within a reasonable time, or the lack of conformity persists or is significant.
  4. 4.
We respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If we do not respond within that time, the complaint is deemed accepted.
  5. 5.
We collect the goods complained about at our expense - after you report the complaint, we will send you instructions on how to send them. We bear the costs of repair, replacement and re-dispatch. Amounts due in the event of a price reduction or withdrawal are refunded without delay, no later than 14 days from receipt of your statement.
  6. 6.
No separate guarantee is given for the products, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Natural characteristics of the materials (e.g. pilling of wool, slight differences in shade between batches of yarn, muslin softening after washing) are described on the product pages and in the Care section; they do not constitute a lack of conformity with the contract, provided they fall within that description.

12. Out-of-court dispute resolution

  1. 1.
A Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims: mediation at the provincial inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (wojewódzki inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej), the permanent arbitration court at the Trade Inspection (stały sąd polubowny przy Inspekcji Handlowej), and free assistance from the district or municipal consumer ombudsman (powiatowy/miejski rzecznik konsumentów) and consumer organisations. The list of authorised entities is kept by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (Prezes UOKiK, uokik.gov.pl).
  2. 2.
The European ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, which is why we do not refer you to it.
  3. 3.
Using these methods is voluntary and requires the consent of both parties. You can always take a dispute to court.

13. Customers who are entrepreneurs

  1. 1.
This point applies only to Customers who are neither Consumers nor Entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
  2. 2.
The right of withdrawal under point 10 and the rules in point 11 do not apply. The Seller's liability under the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) is excluded pursuant to Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code.
  3. 3.
Our total liability towards such a Customer, regardless of the legal basis, is limited to the amount paid for the order and does not include lost profits. The limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally.
  4. 4.
Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
  5. 5.
An Entrepreneur with consumer rights enjoys the rights under points 10 and 11 on an equal footing with a Consumer; point 12 and the assistance of consumer ombudsmen do not apply to them.

14. User content and reporting illegal content

  1. 1.
The only content published in the Shop by users is product reviews. We moderate them manually, before publication, according to the rules in point 4.4.
  2. 2.
If you believe that any content in the Shop is illegal or breaches the terms and conditions, write to info@worthkeeping.pl, stating the page address, the content and the reason for the report, and your contact details. We consider the report without undue delay, within 14 days at the latest, and inform you of the decision together with the reasons - you and, where possible, the author of the content.
  3. 3.
A decision not to publish, to remove or to leave content may be appealed by writing to the same address within 14 days. The appeal is considered by a human, not an automated system, within 14 days.

15. Personal data

The controller of personal data is the Seller. The rules for processing data, including the recipients of data and your rights, are described in the Privacy policy (worthkeeping.pl/polityka-prywatnosci), and the rules for using cookies - on the Cookies page.

16. Changes to the terms and conditions and final provisions

  1. 1.
An order is governed by the version of the terms and conditions accepted when it was placed. We save that version together with the order.
  2. 2.
We may amend the terms and conditions for important reasons: a change in the law, in payment or delivery methods, in the scope of services or in the Seller's details. We inform subscribers by e-mail of any change affecting a continuing contract, i.e. the newsletter, at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter before that day.
  3. 3.
The contracts are governed by Polish law. This choice does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
  4. 4.
If any provision proves to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
  5. 5.
Version 2026-10-29 is in force (since 29 October 2026). Previous versions are available on request sent to info@worthkeeping.pl.

Annex 1. Information on the right to withdraw from the contract

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract covering multiple goods delivered separately - from the day on which you acquire possession of the last of them.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us - NUTRADE spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. 3 Maja 54A, 42-622 Świerklaniec, info@worthkeeping.pl, tel. +48 602 514 224 - of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or by e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also fill in and submit the statement electronically using the "Report a return" ("Zgłoś zwrot") form at worthkeeping.pl/zwroty (the old address worthkeeping.pl/odstapienie leads to the same form). If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (by e-mail) without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You can send them with InPost to our parcel locker KAT11M or to the address: NUTRADE spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. 3 Maja 54A, 42-622 Świerklaniec; you can also order an InPost return label from us for 12 zł. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to name signs made of letters ("Name sign") made to your design (art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
