What touches a child's skin in the first years should be the best you can give. That is why this blanket is made entirely of merino wool, with nothing mixed in. It is soft, it does not itch, and it is gentle even on very delicate skin.
Merino looks after the temperature by itself. It warms when it gets cool and does not overheat when the sun comes back. It breathes and draws moisture away, so a child is comfortable under it in every season.
The wool we knit it from carries the international Woolmark label. It confirms that this is pure new wool: shorn from living animals, never recycled, and of tested quality. The yarn comes from an Italian wool mill working since 1817, and the blanket is made in Poland.
It measures 100x120 cm, more than most children's blankets, so nobody outgrows it after the first year. First it covers the baby in the pram, then it lies on the grass for play, and years later it ends up on the sofa, keeping company while books are read.

We bring the yarn from Italy, from a wool mill working since 1817. We knit the blankets in Łódź. The pattern is made in the weave, not printed on, so it stays on the blanket for as long as the blanket itself. Each one is reversible, with the colours swapped on the underside.

Air it instead of washing - merino cleans itself. If it really needs washing, by hand only, in lukewarm water, with a wool detergent. No bleach and no fabric softener. Do not wring; dry flat, away from radiators, never in a tumble dryer. Iron on a low setting, if at all.
